Mute front loading Acoustic Fence Post.

The post system is critical part of the selection. The Mute Post is specially designed for high fences about 3m. It has 3 main advantages

  1. The front Loading systems allows the installer to load the panels from the front. Traditionally panels are slide down from the top, if you are work at height's this can demand lifting equipment to lift the panels into position. With the Mute Post it allows the installer to load the panels from the bottom and build up step by step, reducing manual handling and improving safety.

  2. The built in rear seal gives a a perfect airtight seal ensuring the maximum acoustic benefits.

  3. The design and manufacturing process allows us to select the perfect profile size to ensure maximum strength.

The Mute Acoustic panel is a Sandwich Panel design, this provides us the ability to change the infill panels to suit the requirement. We can change the core material to achieve the required density to reduce the noise , we can also add materials to absorb the noise, We can also change the thickness of the panel to achieve the best results in noise reduction.

The Mode Acoustic Panel is a solid Core Panel 600mm height and 50mm thick. It is a tongue and Groove design that allows it to be stacked and interlocked together. It provides a long lasting reflective acoustic solution that is fast and effective to install. The panel is available in variety of colours. We can also colour coat to suit your requirement.

Standard lengths of 1.83m , 2.4m and 3m are available, we can also supply length specific to your requirements depending on volume. A typical reduction in noise of 26db can be achieved
